Aloft North Kansas City

My experience here has been amazing. The hotel rooms are clean and comfy. The service has been excellent! I want to give a special thanks to Ralph and Dymun! They have been so welcoming. They go above and beyond in every area! I want to add that Toby and Katelyn have been so amazing, as well! They are always so sweet and willing to help me with anything I need!

First off this hotel was SUPER cool and modern. We loved it! Huge kudos to Ralph who is one of the onsite staff members. He was super friendly to my husband and I in the morning! Our dog had a little accident in the lobby, and Ralph came to help clean it up with no hesitation and gave us a little dog walk essential for the road. That was so sweet of him! We definitely recommend this hotel!

A cool hotel near all the new development down near the river including the new soccer stadium. Close to downtown and centrally located for any KC occasion. I was in town for the Chiefs game and it was an easy drive.

Great location for the price. Hotel was clean and well-themed. No breakfast. As others have mentioned the shower doesn't offer much privacy if traveling as a family. Room was not ready at check in time (4:00). Dirt on one of my pillows upon check in. Wasn't tacky or a deal breaker though. Good hotel overall.

Me and my family travel to KC very soooo often and I LOVE this hotel. Id stay here everytime just from the service alone but the rooms are very nice, well priced, clean, and comfy. Me and my kids are massive clean freaks too. The vibe is very nice here due to the staff. They’re all so kind and welcoming when I don’t feel that a lot with other hotels in KC, this one takes the time to go out of their way to help however they can. Massive shout out to the manager Riley, he’s the best. I made a mistake with my booking dates and was so nervous thinking I was gonna have to pay twice, once I reached him he immediately reassured me then with ease and understanding helped me get it fixed when I was at the point of thinking there was nothing else that I could do to fix it. Lovely hotel.

He was not only professional but genuinely warm, offering local tips and making sure I had everything I needed before I even asked. His attention to detail and easygoing charm made check-in a breeze. Jose, on the other hand, was the heartbeat of the security protection and lounge area. he recommending me the best late-night food spots and he brought personality and polish to every interaction. His hospitality turned into the reason why I would stay here again at aloft north kansas city The rooms were spotless, stylish, and surprisingly quiet given the lively atmosphere downstairs. The beds? Cloud-like. The amenities? Spot-on. And the location? Perfect for exploring both downtown KC and the Northland. If you’re looking for a hotel that blends comfort, style, and standout service, Aloft North Kansas City is it. Ralph and Georgia were some of the most helpful hosts if you’re staying at aloft in north Kansas City I promise you won’t regret it really nice amenities and great service all throughout.

Raphael was amazing! So nice and personable. The whole staff was great. There is a front desk lady I can’t remember her name but she has a dog named Annie and she treated our dog like her own. The rooms and bathroom were also flawless.
